Rule changing for more than 100 devices - Reg

I want to change rule1 for more than 100 device.  Is it possible to change the rule for whole devices at the same time.

  Iam trying in the mqtt explorer with this below command. But the rule is not changing...

  example : AI/TB/ST/+/+/cmnd/rule1

note :

1st + is serial number.
2nd + is device MAC address.
Remaining all the full topic is common.
