Hi,

I'm trying to re-purpose a TH16 to control my garage light but I'd like to have a manual switch as well.
I've connected a 2.5mm 4 way plug into the socket on the side so that I can connect to GPIO 14. I've added a pull up resistor to VCC and a momentary switch.

Firmware: 8.1.0
GPIO14: Switch1 (9)
SwitchMode1:4

When I push the momentary switch the light goes out, when I release it the light comes on again. Not what I was expecting for Switchmode 4.
When I push it a few times in a row the config gets wiped and I have to reset the WiFi settings and restore the rest of the config.

Have I made any obvious mistakes?

Thanks for reading

Bruce

Try it as Button1
A momentary 'switch' is a button.
One that stays in position is a switch.

It's ok, I've solved it. Wiring issue.
Thanks for the reply.
