Have you followed the flashing instructions on the Tasmota ESP32 page including the additional files that are needed (like bootloader and partitions).
TasmoCompiler will flash ESP32s too. Details are on the compiling page.

Subject: esp32 Doit dev kit v1 tasmota flashing problem

I have a Wemos esp32 dev kit v1 and am trying to get Tasmota on it.  I am ultimately trying to get multiple max31855/thermocouples running on it.  I tried to so this with an esp8266 and got one working well but after many hours of problems and searching the documentation, I think i have determined that multiple sensors is only supported on the esp32.
Now I can't seem to get tasmota.bin loaded on the esp32.  There doesn't seem to be a tasmota-sensors.bin available for the esp32 ......

I am using ESP-Flasher on windows.  It recognizes the board sometimes but always has problems.  The only time it completed the upload, it got into a boot loop crash.

Any suggestions, or does anyone know of a good document on flashing esp32s?

Thanks!
Bryan
