Flashed tasmota on H801.
Set the board type to H801 in web config.
But the only command it understands is PWM. Is that normal?
Have tried several combinations but all without any luck. Strangely enough same happens when i choose other RGB modules except for AriLux AL-LC01
If i choose that one i get a brightness slider in web and it does understand COLOR and POWER commands in console. Is something broken in v5.11.1a?

23:19:36 MQT: stat/kiddy/RESULT = {"Command":"Unknown"}
23:19:40 CMD: PWM
23:19:40 MQT: stat/kiddy/RESULT = {"PWM":{"PWM1":255,"PWM2":255,"PWM3":255}}
23:19:43 CMD: COLOR
23:19:43 MQT: stat/kiddy/RESULT = {"Command":"Unknown"}
23:19:50 CMD: POWER
23:19:50 MQT: stat/kiddy/RESULT = {"Command":"Unknown"}
23:19:53 CMD: POWER ON
23:19:53 MQT: stat/kiddy/RESULT = {"Command":"Unknown"}

Hi there.

I've just installed the firmware on Magichome and I've got the same issue.  It wont accept color etc..

14:26:31 CMD: color
14:26:31 MQT: stat/sonoff-ledstrip/RESULT = {"Command":"Unknown"}

Just tried PWM, yup that works but as you nothing else :-)

14:25:52 CMD: PWM
14:25:52 MQT: stat/sonoff-ledstrip/RESULT = {"PWM":{"PWM1":0,"PWM2":0,"PWM3":0}}

SetOption15 0 - (default) command PWM control
SetOption15 1 - command Color/Dimmer control to PWM RGB(CW) leds

After setting this to 1, it rebooted and now can use the color commands :-)

Hi Lemur,

Can you tell me what version you're using?
I can't seem to load up the Tasmota firmware on H801 with full success.
I've set up the SSID, and a few other items, but static IP doesn't work, DHCP does but web page redirects to non-existent port 8080.
SSID connection works, but not much else...bit stuck, as serial port is saying "access denied" so can't even see the boot sequence messages.
If you could let me know what version & mods you've made, I'd be most grateful.

Thanks

OK, Using ESPtool (Atom & platformio doesn't seem to work). I can now get current code onto the H801 unit.
All good. Hue and Wemo emulations looked like a good temporary answer, but no they're not.
So now all I have to do is understand MQTT & I'm sorted.
Feels a bit like learning Russian just to watch that movie...
;-)
