Partial group connecton

In this afternoon's session, 3 of the four of us connected pretty solidly. One of our usual group couldn't connect to two of us and the two who weren't getting his signal got the same error message which said something like "your router or firewall are causing interference with Sonobus. There is a help file to help enable 'port forwarding' on your router." This player had just received a new router from his ISP and wasn't able to get into "port forwarding" due to some error message from Chrome.

If it is a router setting, it's a little confusing that his system connected fine to one of three players. Any suggestions?
