Probs not gonna get no more out of the audio but there would be newer features. Possibly could be optimised a touch more but atm some other tech's aint quite there yet.

If some open source stuff can utilise AI more then lower latencies could be achieved but would only really help people on lower pings to each other. 
Pings that are way out like across the pond wouldn't much benefit from the slight win's on the slightly lower latencies.
Relay's using fixed routes could help if run via google or aws servers but then that would have to be user choice as that costs.
But it would work by all one side connecting getting lowest ping then all other end connecting to that relay server and the relays connecting via aws or google environment.

Could help a lot with other measures but won't be like a super new ultra method to achieve instant audio without latency.
