Bug reporting?

What is the best way to report issues/bugs or feedback?

In the latest version, the recording clock does not count up if the mixed output box is not checked.   I had the individual tracks box checked but not the others.  The tracks recorded fine, but the counter under the record button stayed on 00:00 the entire time.
