Delay for one of two jammers

working with a friend and he hears himself a bit delayed but I hear no delay on my end (when i speak or play).  I am new to the platform so need some help with how to troubleshoot this.  Not sure I understand why he is hearing himself delayed but not me.

Any help would be appreciated.
