No Device Connected to the PC

Hi Everyone,

I've got a friend who I'm trying to set up in Sonobus but we're having trouble connecting an audio interface.

We've tried the M Audio M Track Solo and Presonus Go.

We've downloaded drivers for each from their respective websites but when we try to select the DEVICE in Sonobus Settings, we get the Error Message - No Device is Connected to the PC.

The audio interfaces work fine when connecting via Zoom. We tried connecting the Presonus Go into Reaper and that was also successful. We had signal coming through and were able to record tracks but when setting up the Sonobus VST, no sound came through.

He has a Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 running on Windows 11. We've even tried updating the drivers on the computer but that hasn't worked either.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thank you!
