Hello

I want to use Sonobus in podcasts to have conversations with (mobile) guests on location via their mobile phone using public 4G or 5G internet connections.
Within my own LAN and using Wifi on the smartphone, the connection between Sonobus on my PC and Samsung A52 smartphone works fine.
But as soon as I switch to a 4G or 5G connection I get an error message that no connection can be made.

I use a FritzBox 7590 router with the default setup connected to a fiber optic network.
I am not an IT expert and looking for a solution. I have read something about setting up port forwarding. Is this the cause of the problem?  I find the Sonobus manual in this case a bit fragmented.
What and how do I have to set up on
- 1) the smartphone and/or Sonobus app,
- 2) my router and
- 3) the PC and/or Sonobus within my LAN.

Is there anyone who recognizes this problm, who is familiar with the FritzBox 7590 and can help me with an answer/solution?

with kind regards
