Cyclist hit on Peppard Road

A cyclist was hit on Peppard Road at about 8:00am on the junction with
Grosvensor Road today.
The rider, I guess, was male in his 20s. Bike was grey mountain bike.
I GUESS a car pulled left into the cycle lane attempting to turn into
Grosvensor Road. At that time of day the cycle lane runs freely while
the car lane backs up and frustrated drivers suddenly try the rat runs
to the left.
