Just been forward this from a club, so if you are thinking this year
of going to afan for a weekend and there is eight of you not a bad
deal !... see below...

We are the owners of Afan Valley Cottage, recently opened self-
catering
accommodation for up to 8 mountain bikers or walkers at the top of the
Afan
Valley, handy for the trails at Glyncorrwg and Afan Argoed. Afan
Forest Park
was the only UK trail destination to feature in the ‘What Mountain
Bike
Magazine’ as one of the ten best places to ride “before you die”. We
are
looking to promote it through mountain biking clubs such as
yourselves. The
cottage is available year round, it has top of the range Asgaard
secure bike
shelters for up to eight bikes, cleaning facilities, free WiFi,
FreeSat TV, a
log burner, tumble dryer, and a pool table!

Anyone enquiring via our website (http://www.afanvalleycottage.co.uk
and
quoting reference BLE165 will be entitled to a 10% reduction in the
cost of the
cottage over the period that they rent it for. This means a typical
long
weekend at the Cottage will cost £216 - that's £27 per person for a
party of
eight. We also have some leaflets that you could hand out to your
members - we
can post a few to you if you send us your address.
