[dhcp_relay] How to bring up dhcp_relay docker

Hi 

I need to use dhcp relay .

Can some one let me know how to start dhcp relay docker and use the CLI provided.

Is dhcp relay configuration available from rest api.

There is a CLI command [show|config] feature being used to control the feature be enabled or disabled.

For instance, config feature state dhcp_relay enabled

Thank you for your response I did 

config feature state dhcp_relay enabled    which got execeted silently.

But 

root@ip-172-26-8-32:/# config vlan dhcp_relay add 10 192.168.20.100
bash: config: command not found

Is giving error on bothe vs docker as well as dhcp_relay docker.

Can you please let me know what I am mssing and where/how to execute plugin cli commands provided in dhcp_relay docker.
