t0 case execution getting DUT Failure

Hi All ,
      Initially we executed the t0 cases at the time the cases got executed with sanity and properly executed and shows the result , now while executing its getting internal DUT failure , but all the vm's and DUT is Running , i have attached the error below , can anyone help on to this issue .
