How to track HLD and code PRs?

Hi team,

 

I want to make a clarification on the PR tracking process.

 

The guidance to link HLD and code PRs is: all PRs related to HLD should be added to the HLD PR description and we will NOT create a separate tracking PR.   See example: EVPN VxLAN update for platforms using P2MP tunnel based L2 forwarding by dgsudharsan · Pull Request #806 · Azure/SONiC (github.com)
