Error in setting up VMs for testbed

Dear All, 

I need the community to help me on this issue.

I have been facing an error that needs immediate attention. I am trying to make a testbed that will help set up the environment where we can deploy the t0 Topology following the guide given in SONiC repo at https://github.com/sonic-net/sonic-mgmt/blob/6323090c6d73d7f2324ca8e04427c28ce401e208/docs/testbed/README.testbed.VsSetup.md. All the required VMs are not running when using the same command twice.

The problem involves a series of errors which are mentioned below.

Steps to regenerate the error:

I run the command

./testbed-cli.sh -m veos_vtb -n 4 -k vsonic start-vms server_1 password.txt

 (command for setting up 4 VMs), during execution of the command, VMs are getting laid as per the tasks executing:

  

and later to check if VMs are running I used the command 

ansible -m ping -i veos_vtb server_1 -u admin -k

but sometimes none of the VMs are running and sometimes less than 4 give success giving the below error:

Expected result:

All the 4 VMs should be up and running.
