Help with reviewing open PRs

Hi, 

I have 2 standing PRs which are opened for a very long time:

https://github.com/sonic-net/sonic-platform-common/pull/300

The first PR is adding support to new Accton platforms based on XsightLabs silicon (X1) and the second PR is adding support to an SSD device from WDC. 
Both PRs pass all relevant CI tests and validations several times already. 

I am reaching the community here to assist me in reviewing and merging these PRs.
