FEC CLI available option is None or FC

I am currently on SONiC.202311 on a Celestica DX010

admin@sonic:~$ sudo config interface fec Ethernet100 rs
fec rs is not in ['none', 'fc']

I believe (i haven't tried) manually editing config_db.json you can add "rs" but I am not 100% sure.

should I open issue request on Github to add the options?

Does the FEC option type "rs" also support CL108?  or it only support CL91?

I finally had a chance to test this.  when I changed the fec = RS in the config_db.json on my Celestica DX010 it just completely stop loading.
