Hi All,

I’m currently working on the 202305 branch from the sonic-buildimage repository and have been encountering an error for the past five hours. I’m reaching out to see if there’s a known workaround or fix for this issue.

The error occurs while building a custom kernel from the Debian kernel source:

I’m seeing a similar issue in community pipeline builds (Run 20241108.6), which show multiple failed attempts to download the file due to restricted public access:
