p4 build fails ...

Hi,

I am new to SONiC .

Trying to build p4 image with the following command from master branch

 

make target/docker-sonic-p4.gz

what is is the issue ?

Am I missing any basic steps ?

BTW: 

make target/docker-database.gz

is successful !
