We have now sent around an update that I hope answers most of your questions.
In short:
The submission forms are now available here: https://www.sonicom.eu/lap-challenge/.
The 24-bit requirement was a mistake; my apologies. Please upload the upsampled files in the same format as the downloaded files. There are some helpful examples for reading, adding, and writing SOFA files here: https://pyfar-gallery.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gallery/interactive/sofar_introduction.html.
We have extended the LAP challenge deadline. Please note that this report will not be published (if we plan on publishing anything from your report, we will contact you later). The report is just to give the LAP organisers a sense of what you did to achieve your results. It is not something you should spend too much time on.
