Issue Regarding OSPF Testing in SONiC T0 Topology

Hi Ying,
We have recently made a PR for OSPF test plan contributions to SONiC Management, which has since been merged.
We are now working on the test case code for this test plan and are having trouble configuring OSPF inside the T0 topology. I have raised an issue regarding this detailing the steps we have taken and our results.
We were hoping to discuss this in today's bi-weekly SONiC testing meeting, unfortunately, it has been canceled. It would be a great help if anyone could give our issue a look and guide us on this matter, as there may be something specific to T0 that we are missing here!
