ip netns add ns1000 - Permission denied in PTF docker

Hi all,

While running test_vrf.py and test_vrf_attr.py, I am seeing "ip netns add ns1000 - Permission denied in PTF docker" and all the testcases are getting skipped. Did anyone see this issue ? Is anyone able to successfully run these testcases ?

Any suggestions will be very helpful.
