Dear SONiC Management Workgroup,

My name is Venu, and I am part of the team at HCL that is keenly interested in the developments of Software for Open Networking in the Cloud (SONiC). I have been following your work with great interest and am impressed by the strides SONiC has made in the field of network operating systems.

I am reaching out to express my desire to join your weekly management workgroup meetings. My goal is to gain a deeper understanding of the group's current priorities, ongoing projects, and the overall roadmap. This will enable me to align our efforts at HCL with the community’s objectives, ensuring that our contributions are pertinent and valuable.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and would like to offer my expertise in this area. I have noticed that there is an open issue, #1151 - "Add SNMP view to filter MIB browsing," which I believe matches my skills and experience. I am eager to contribute to its resolution and would appreciate any additional details or context that could help me understand the issue more thoroughly. Could you please advise on whom I should contact for further information regarding this defect?

Please let me know the process to officially join the weekly meetings and any upcoming dates and times. I am eager to start engaging with the team and contributing to our shared goals.

Hi Venugopal, this workgroup is no longer active. Use one of sonic-buildimage issues or sonic-dev message boards to discuss SNMP related enhancements.
