mgmt-framework error syslog

Hello,

Anybody know the reason of below error message when rest-server coming
up? My image is based on 201911 branch, last commit is 887ea003 on
02/15/2020. Have already patched below 3 commits and rest-server is
running.

564508 "Removing explicit libyang plugin path settings. Libyang debian
package installs the extensions in standard location."
af4e842 "Start RestAPI container when sonic boots"
398929c "[mgmt-framework] start after syncd"


Error Message in Syslog:

Hi Xianlong,

You can ignore the lines starting with "ERROR: logging before flag.Parse" text. This is actually a warning printed by github.com/golang/glog package and does not affect any functionality. Please check if REST server is up by running the following query:

curl -k -u admin:YourPaSsWoRd https://localhost/restconf/data/openconfig-system:system/state/hostname
