Songpress portable?

Just downloaded 1.7.1 - great to see that Sonpress is still alive. Thank you.

I really like portable software so I unpacked the installer with 7zip and copied the files to my collection of portable programs (like I did before with V1.6). It is working fine - great.

How about providing a portable version for download as a .zip file? It should not be a big task.

I did not check yet (and don't really care) if Songpress creates any entries in the registry or in folders outside its installation folder.

That might be an additional requirement to make it a "real perfect" portable program.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion! Actually the application directory is self-contained and portable, but the program configuration is stored in the "standard" user's data directory, i.e.:

- C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\songpress in Windows

- /home/YourName/.songpress in Linux
