API key request urgent

I made a request for an API key a week ago and did not yet get a response. I understand there is a backlog, but I have a project due by the end of this week and I really want to use this API! I also understand you are by no means beholden to me, so I would just like to know if this is possible or if I should just start looking for other solutions. Any response is appreciated.

Hey Chloe,

I'm looking to start a project tomorrow for a coding bootcamp. I've sent an application for an API key but I wondered if there's any way you could grant us access in the next few days so we can use your data. Might this be possible?

Sorry for the long response, due to a large volume of requests at current we're slightly behind in the process. I've asked for the request associated with this email to be approved, so that should come through soon.
