WP memory problem

Hi there,

I've been using the songkick WP plugin for quite some time now and I
really love it!
However, there seems to be a problem with the latest version of the
plugin and the latest version of wordpress. Since the latest upgrade
the plugin has used way too much memory causing the website to crash.
I've installed a memory viewer plugin to see what is going on and I've
attached a screenshot for you. I had to disable songkick for now which
is a shame as it's otherwise a great plugin!

Hi,

The error you saw doesn't seem related to memory usage, but with DNS
name lookups. (Though I can't see it from your screenshot, I'm
guessing you have more than 25MB of memory available?)

This was reported by other users too. Unfortunately, I couldn't
reproduce it on my end. But I just released a new version (0.9.4.4)
that tries to recover from this error in a better way.
