Hi Singers!
Last time at Kathy’s- wow, thanks!! And two guitars- thanks Rick and Linda!
The night was clear and the stars were shining, and the moon came up, so quiet in the sky. And the people gathered round…Come gather round people where ever you roam. Love has made a circle that holds us all in inside where strangers are as family and loneliness can’t hide. All these places have their moments with lovers and friends. Stars shining bright above you, night breezes seem to whisper I love you. How the winds are laughing, they laugh with all their might. The times they are a’changing. One season following another, laden with happiness and tears. And Daddy won’t you take me back to Muhlenberg County? Where have all the flowers gone? O you can’t scare me! The answer is blowing in the wind. Wise men say, only fools miss song circle. And everyone ‘neath their vine and fig tree, shall live in peace and unafraid. . All shall be well, I’m telling you, all shall be well again, I know.
But we don’t have a host for June 26th. I am leaving for NYC early on the morning of the 27th, so I can’t do it. Anybody? Send me a postcard, drop me a line!
