False positive in XML NewlineCheck

Hi,

When in XML I have inline comment like that:

<db.user><!-- put your user name here --></db.user>

then I get violation from XML plugin NewlineCheck:

I don't think that comments should have any impact on XML layout and structure.

Would you consider it as false positive? If yes, I would be grateful for raising a JIRA.
