Do you plan on declaring a LTS release on the 6.x branch any time soon? We want to upgrade to Sonar 6 but we've decided to stick with LTS releases.

Thanks in advance,
Daniel Serodio

Hi Daniel,

Our current road map anticipates an October LTS release.

Hi Ann,

Thanks for the prompt reply. Will that be based on 6.3? Maybe we could update to 6.3 right now instead of waiting until it becomes LTS.

Regards,
Daniel Serodio

Hi Daniel,

I don't understand the question. Each version is "based on" the ones before it. Do you mean "Will the LTS be 6.3.x?" If so, the answer is "no". We anticipate the LTS being 6.7.

Ann

Hi Ann,

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, I meant "Will the LTS be 6.3.x?"" indeed :) I think we'll update to 6.x before the LTS comes out then.

Daniel Serodio

Hi,

Did you reschedule 6.6 and 6.7 (LTS) releases ? If so, would you please provide dates ?

By the way, are there any plans to release 6.6-M1 or 6.6-M2 or any early 6.6-X docker tags or binaries ?
We want to have our key SonarQube Enterprise end-users experience this version before we upgrade to its LTS and wait for the new measure page as it seems to be the last major GUI change.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards from Rennes, FRANCE.
Alexis.

Hi Alexis,

Release 6.6 is planned for beginning of October and LTS version 6.7 will follow quickly.
The milestones you mention are for internal use and are not publicly available.

Regards from Switzerland :-)

Hello,

Is it planned for the new LTS version to support PostgreSQL 10.x?
For the moment, I see no mention of the new version anywhere.

Thanks,

Juan
