Addition ESLint plugin for SonarAQube into the Marketplace

Hello guys,

Stas has recommended me to request the possibility to add my ESLint plugin into the plugin Library.
This plugin is compatible with SonarQube up to the version 6.7.X at this time.

The project source code is here : https://github.com/sleroy/SonarEsLintPlugin
 and releases.

Which informations are needed to register the plugin ?

At a glance the plugin seems to meet the requirements except that the latest release doesn't include a binary.
