Custom Rule to nomenclature to Package/Class

I need create rule to validate class' nomenclature in base to package's name

Example

If the package's name ---> com.enterprise.service

The class' name should be NameService , <Name> + Service

package 01: 

com.enterprise.controller  

class: 

                <Name Class> + <Name Package>

NameClassOneController

NameClassTwoController

package 02:

 com.enterprise.service  

class:

NameClassOneService

NameClassTwoService

package N: 

com.enterprise.util  

class:

NameClassOneUtil

NameClassTwoUtil

Etc. }

in order for any one to help you out, could you please :  explain as clearly as possible your problem : specify the language you are working with, The api you are working with, the product, the version. Please describe your problem in a concise and reproductible way. Please also explain what you've tried and what did not work. 

Please ask a precise question : asking for "please help me develop my rule" is way too broad for anyone to jump in and help you.
