Why do I keep getting this error when trying to run sonar via ant - Two modules have the same id: ''. Each module must have a unique id.

I am on sonarqube 7.0 and java 8. I have gone through all settings and I just dont know why this error keeps popping up when I run 'ant sonar' as my command
