GitHub Plugin to report tests coverage on pull requests

Is it possible to add to the github plugin the code coverage report on pull requests?

Could you confirm that you'd like the two following things :

• First to know exactly the coverage of lines created/updated part of the PR
• Second to make it possible to raise and issue/comment when this coverage is less than an expected threshold
