[VOTE] Release Perforce plugin 1.2

Hi guys,

I would like to release Perforce plugin 1.2. This version contains few bug fixes and improvements after community feedback. I have also updated underlying p4java library to version 2015.1.

I would be very interested to have some feedback before the release since we do not have integration tests for this plugin.
