Forgot login Credentials in Sonar

I have forgotten the login credentials for sonar, how do i reset it.

To reset admin credential, please follow instruction on this page (I lost the admin password) : http://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SONAR/Authentication#Authentication-AdminCredentialsDefaultAdminCredentials
