Hi,
all my projects, issues, bugs, codes smells are marked as Closed(Removed) after I upgraded to Sonar 6.0 from 5.6.

How can I reopen them?

Hi,

Some plugins have probably been forgotten when starting SonarQube 6.0.
You need to restart the migration by using compatible version of your plugins.

Hi,

You need to restore your database to come back to the state before the migration.
Then check that all your plugins are in the extensions/plugins folder.
Start the server, and check that no "[o.s.s.r.RegisterRules] Disable rule XXX" appear in the logs.

Regards,

If i don't have backup of the database, there is no way to do it in another way? just delete the project?

Hi,

There's no need to delete the project. Run a new analysis and your issues will be re-discovered.

Hi Ann, thanks for the answer.

It is not helping.. as all issues are marked as Closed (Removed) from some reason

Hi,

If they are Removed, then the relevant rules are not being applied during analysis. Double check that 1) you have the correct plugins loaded, 2) you have the correct rules activated in the profile that's being used during analysis (likely the default profile).

Hi Team,

We are facing the same issue when we upgraded from 5.6 to 5.6.6. Is there any suggestion that you can provide in the UI part without restating the server or making changes to DB.

Hi,

This thread is a year old. Instead of excavating it, you should have opened a new one. And when you do, please list which of the potential solutions in this old thread you've tried and why they didn't work for you.
