How to find SQALE Rating or Technical Debt Ratio from Api or Datebase?

I want this callback(SQALE Rating or Technical Debt Ratio) after I push my code into the sonarqube analysis?

The related metric keys are "sqale_rating" and "sqale_debt_ratio".
