The future of the i10n French Pack...

Good evening everyone,

It's been a very active year with many projects and unfortunately I didn't manage to make time to update the SonarQube French Pack since last summer.
Lately I saw the project was forked by hqbrice --> is he planning a new update? https://github.com/hqbrice/sonar-l10n-fr
If yes, let me know if I need to do something (transfer ownership for example).
If not, I'll try and do my best to translate the LTS version.
