SonarQube Rules to be imported to Sonarlint ?

Is there a way to import all used rules in SoarQube into SonarLint without connecting to project?

There's a dedicated group for SonarLint. Future questions should be directed there. But the answer to this one is quick, so I won't ask you to re-post: There is not. That's the purpose of Connected Mode.
