Just to be clear, it is a zip file of the 3.5 version of the plugin I am trying to find.

Sorry for the mess, we are moving progressively to SonarLint and this is causing some pain. I suggest you try to follow these instructions to create an offline copy of the update site you are interested in:

This should work for any p2 update site.
