SonarQube's latest release 6.3 has no feature of creating 'Differential Views'.
Until release 6.2 - there was a feature to setup a differential view by setting up values for upto 3 leak periods - sonar.timemachine.period1, sonar.timemachine.period2, sonar.timemachine.period3.

How has this been integrated in the latest 6.3 version?

Hi,

Please be aware that the standard courtesies (Hi, Thanks, ...) are appreciated in this group.

The first differential period has been renamed the Leak Period. Leak Period values are shown automatically on the Project home page and in the Measures space. The other two periods were gradually removed.

Hello,

Appreciate your response.

Does the new version support extension of the leakperiod via any plugins?
We have a custom dashboard which uses SonarQube Web APIs and displays a differential view over three periods, post the upgrade we are unable to utilise that feature.

Tx.

Hi,

You'd have to specify what you meant by "extension". 6.3 does bring back the ability to extend the UI, but dashboards, as such, are gone.

Hi shashank,

This thread is nearly 6 months old, and almost entirely unrelated to your question. Instead of both resurrecting and hijacking an old thread, you should open a new one. If and when you do, you should provide more information about your situation, including why you think you should be seeing Coverage on New Code.
