How to add custom fxcop rules to SonarQube 5.6

I have installed SonarQube 5.6 and can't see an option to add custom fxcop rules. My team is using sitecore, the sitecore specific rules are available as fxcop rules [1], unfortunately I'm unable to add them to SonarQube as i can't see an option to do so anymore. 

Any pointers on how to do this?
