to SonarQube
Hello, I am using Sonarqube in ubuntu server 17.10, I downloaded Sonarqube 6.7 and configure the file sonar.properties, like this:

sonar.jdbc.username=sonarqube
sonar.jdbc.password=sonarqube
sonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/sonarqube?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&rewriteBatchedStatements=true

the other lines are commented.

The file wrapper.conf is configured :

# Path to JVM executable. By default it must be available in PATH.
# Can be an absolute path, for example:
#wrapper.java.command=/path/to/my/jdk/bin/java
#wrapper.java.command=java
wrapper.java.command=/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.8.0_161/bin/java

Hello,

From the logs, ES sub process starts and stops immediately after. Have a look at [sq_dir]/logs/es.log.
Do you happen to be running SonarQube as root? This is not supported and Elastic fails to start when run as root.

Cheers,

HI Sébastien,
The SonarQube is not running as root.. I am executing the command "./sonar.sh start" without root user.
The file es.log is empty. I don't know what is the cause of the problem.
Thanks for you answer :)
