[NEW RELEASE] SVG Badges 3.0.1

Dear SonarQube community,

I just released the SVG Badges plugin version 3.0.1. It should be available in SonarQube's update center soon 

@Ann: can you please update the Update Center ?

Release Notes:

• fix SVGImageMinimizer thread safety issue #64
• fix IndexOutOfBoundsException issue when trying to access a missing CE activity task #63
• move from SonarPlugin to Plugin #60
• move to java 1.8 #62
