[NEW RELEASE] Code Smells plugin 3.0.0

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of the Code Smells plugin version 3.0.0 for SonarQube 5.2+. 

Release Notes:

• Migrate the plugin to SonarQube 5.2 API
• Handle @Smell annotations that span multiple lines (contributed by Andrew K, thanks to him)

Requirements:

• SonarQube 5.2+
• SonarQube Java plugin 3.7.1+
