Allow to set up issue severity for GitHub plugin

Hello team,

We would like to fail PR if according to severity. For instance INFO or Major. But currently, plug in sends red to GitHub only if issue is Blocker or Critical (https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/PLUG/GitHub+Plugin)

Is it possible to implement like it is done for BuildBreaker plugin (https://github.com/SonarQubeCommunity/sonar-build-breaker)?

Fails the build in preview analysis mode if the severity of issues is equal to or more severe than the selection.

Disabled

Available selections are (case insensitive): Disabled, INFO, MINOR, MAJOR, CRITICAL, BLOCKER

Hi Slava,

We're currently working to implement a fuller-featured PR analysis as part of the Branches plugin, so we won't be iterating on the functionality available in the GitHub plugin.
