[RFF] Sonar-Cobertura 1.7

Hi Community,

I would like to get your feedback on version 1.7 of Cobertura plugin.

This release only update compatibility to last SonarQube LTS 5.6 and Sonar Java Analyzer 4.0. Note that the plugin consequently requires Java 8 to run analysis.

This release has also only been possible thanks to the kind effort of Benoit Guerin. Big thanks to him!

Finally, please note that the plugin is not maintained anymore by SonarSource and is currently seeking for a Maintainer from the Community. As a logical consequence and as long as no one is maintaining the plugin, any new issue won't be handled. If you are interested, don't hesitate to jump in this thread or contact us using this mailing list!

Have you any idea when the plugin will be downloadable directly via SonarQube (in "Settings >> System >> Update Center") ?

Hey all,

Cobertura 1.7 has been added to the update center and is now available directly via SonarQube UI.

You can also directly download the plugin in the release tag on github: https://github.com/SonarQubeCommunity/sonar-cobertura/releases/tag/1.7
