Is it possible to somehow "transfer issues" if a file only changes subprojects?

Hello,

Let us say that I have a source file named a/b/C.java (java or any other language, really, it does not matter).

This file is part of subproject sub1 of my project p. But with some reorganization it is now part of subproject sub2.

As a result, all issues that were associated with this file and acted upon (marked as "won't fix" for instance) are now lost, and they appear as new on the file in its new location.

Would there be a way to change the id of the file programmatically (by manipulating the SourceCodes, I guess) so that it remain the same?
